2-3 pork steaks, cubed 1/2 onion, chopped
1 sm. can green chilies, chopped (mild, med. or hot)
1 sm. can stewed tomatoes
Garlic salt to taste


Fry meat and onion; drain. Add 3-4 tablespoons flour; stir in. Add stewed tomatoes (a little water may be added if too thick). Add chilies. Simmer on low. Add garlic salt.

May be eaten in a bowl with cheese and onions on top. May also be made into burritos. Using flour tortillas, put a strip of chili verde in middle; add some grated cheese. Roll the tortilla and place in 9x13 greased pan. Repeat until pan is full. Smother burritos with remaining chili. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly.
